I''m looking for an Electronics Test Technician to join a global electronics manufacturer based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. You will be responsible for testing sub-assembly and final-assembly items in accordance with defined test procedures and/or relevant manufacturing and test instructions. Role Responsibilities:Test Sub and Top assemblies to support Manufacturing processDiagnosing and analysing failures down to component levelCompletion of Test Reports and Records in accordance with defined Test proceduresSupport Design and NPI teams in developing Test schedules for new productsPerform test equipment maintenance as defined within the appropriate maintenance proceduresCompose and edit test procedures and instructions, if requiredDesign and build bespoke test equipment, cabling, fixtures, tooling, etcSupport Avionics Test and Environmental TestSupport other areas of the businessSkills and Experience:HNC or equivalent level (Preferable)Engineering/Technical experience in Electronics Assembly, Testing and DiagnosticsUnderstanding of drawings and the schematics of products to trace the root cause of a failureExcellent cross functional team working skillsPossesses self-motivational drive and commitmentMicrosoft office suite experienceAbility to work to strict deadlines with minimal supervisionWilling to work additional hours/shifts upon requirementThey offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package with the role and you MUST be eligible for Security Check (S
