A well-established Housing Association in East London / Essex is looking to take on an Income Services Manager for an interim period with the option of temporary to permanent. Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team of income officers to provide a strong level of rent collection and arrears recovery serviceCreate clear KPI''s and dashboards to highlight rent collection performance and present findings Overseeing that all statutory and compliance obligations are met within time scales and risks are mitigated via strong controlsSupport team with understanding of universal credit, court proceedings and dealing with complaints and at times, eviction processesRequirements:Housing Association / Local Authority background with experience leading teams in Income and Debt recovery, following best practiceExperienced in team management, the ability to oversee the team''s performance and review targets in 1:1sConfident presenting and liaising with stakeholders at a range of levels (both internally and externally)Positive approach to work, happy to collaborate and have strong IT skillsThe role offers a hybrid model with the organi
