We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our thriving Corporate and Private Equity team in Cardiff.

What we''re looking forWe’re looking for a highly motivated corporate lawyer with recent and relevant experience working on corporate transactions. You will be a strong team player and comfortable working on complex and varied deals.

Responsibilities

Work on corporate transactions with focus on MandA and Private Equity; handle complex and high-value matters.

Collaborate with clients primarily based in London, with activity across the UK and internationally.

Support the Corporate and Private Equity team and contribute to deal execution from start to finish.
