Duties and Responsibilities Own the performance of all production machinery plan, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot to keep operations smooth and efficient. Coordinate projects to enhance manufacturing processes, introduce cutting-edge equipment, and scale production all while keeping safety front and centre. Train production staff on new systems, processes, and safety protocols to build a culture of excellence. Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing proactive measures.
