Nursery Practitioner - Bank / Ad Hoc Staff

Location: Tunbridge Wells , Kent
Salary: -1315 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours: Flexible bank shifts available

• 8:00am - 6:00pm

• 8:00am - 5:00pm

• 12:00pm - 6:00pm

• 11:30am - 3:30pm

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Practitioners (qualified or unqualified) to join our team on a bank / ad hoc basis. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking flexible working with regular weekly shifts.

You will be supporting the day-to-day care, learning, and development of children aged 5 months to 5 years in a warm, nurturing nursery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for children

• Support children''s learning and development through play and activities

• Assist with daily routines

• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Experience working with children

• Relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)

• A caring, patient, and positive attitude

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
