An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Neighbourhood Services Manager to lead a dynamic housing team within a local council on a six month interim placement.Managing two Neighbourhood Team Leaders and a wider team of around ten staff, you will ensure the effective delivery of all aspects of neighbourhood management, including tenancy and estate management, anti-social behaviour, customer engagement, and community safety.Working closely with colleagues across housing and other council services, you will play a key role in maintaining safe, sustainable, and well-managed neighbourhoods where residents feel supported and valued.
