They are committed to excellence, client satisfaction and long-term professional development.Your new role As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support senior surveyors throughout the full project lifecycle-from pre-construction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include assisting with cost management, subcontractor accounts, pricing analysis, and monthly financial reporting. The role is based either in the office or on-site, with projects located primarily within the M25 area.What you''ll need to succeed A qualification in Quantity Surveying (HNC or higher) or a related disciplineStrong commercial awareness and analytical skillsAbility to assist throughout the full duration of construction projects, from pre-construction activities to final execution Develop a solid understanding of assigned contracts, specifications, and pricing structures to ensure compliance with contractual obligationsConduct site visits and assist with the measurement and valuation of subcontractor worksProvide commercial support on active construction project
