Your role will encompass:Hospitality and Front of HouseBe the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general inquiriesPrepare meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments/cateringMaintain the presentation of shared spaces (kitchen, showroom, meeting areas)Support showroom readiness for internal teamsContinuously improve the employee experience at our client''s organizationOffice Operations and Workplace SupportEnsure the office is organised, clean, and efficientManage office supplies and procurementCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and supplier visitsHandle incoming/outgo
