This is a key role, working directly with senior management to oversee mechanical and electrical design solutions across a wide range of live projects. The Role: As MandE Design Manager, you ll take responsibility for design coordination, technical reviews, drawing approvals, and interfacing with project and delivery teams. You ll ensure smooth design workflows from pre-construction through to installation, maintaining compliance with industry standards and client expectations. This role offers the opportunity to lead design delivery on major building services projects while mentoring and developing junior engineers.
