Restaurant Manager for Afternoon Tea in Aqua Shard , you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. Our afternoon tea service is a unique experience and the hours differ from your usual dinner service (no late finishes).

This is a full time role, 48 hours/week. Salary is £50-55K/year (including service charge) as advertised.

Where are we located?Aqua Shard brings the essence of modern London with inventive, British cuisine and carefully crafted cocktails to Level 31 of The Shard.We serve lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch against a backdrop of stunning panoramic views of London.
