Key Account Executive - North

At Saint-Gobain Abrasives, we are looking for a Key Account Executive to work with our trade and decorative client based across the UK. You will be working closely with mainly customers such as; Builders Merchants, Buying Groups and Decorator Centres to implement a profitable and targeted sales plan, servicing our clients and improving our market share. The is a home-based role, but frequent travel is required as we are looking for someone to be out meeting our customers across the UK with a strong focus in the North. Successful candidates will need a full UK driving license. What we''re looking for: Experienced of working within sales, preferably within construction/distribution or other similar industries Strong commercial acumen including negotiation skills Being proactive, being able to spot opportunities and able to fact-find with questions Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities What you will be doing: Proactively service and grow opportunities across the client base Involvement in price increase discussions, supporting and negotiating commercial deals and promotional activity Visiting our customer bases regularly, maintain and growing those key relationships Be the focal point between customers and internal stakeholders including; customer service, finance and demand planners Are Saint-Gobain inclusive employers?
