You ll be joining a small, high-performing HR team where you ll play a key role as a generalist HR Advisor, supporting a broad range of people initiatives. Your focus will span Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Payroll Coordination, alongside maintaining a strong understanding of HRIS (Workday) and SOPs. Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Managing employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary actions Guiding and supporting managers to ensure all actions and documentation align with employment law and company policy Acting as the first point of contact for people-related queries, offering timely and practical HR advice Leading complex ER cas
