Title: Social Worker - Safeguarding Team Location: The Abbey Centre, St John''s Square, Daventry, NN11 4FP Rate: 38 per hour As a Children''s Safeguarding Social Worker, you will have the responsibility of ensuring the safeguard-ing and welfare of vulnerable children and young people in Northamptonshire. You will work closely with families, children, and a range of professionals to assess, plan, and implement interventions that ensure the safety and well-being of those in your care. Key Responsibilities: Conducting assessments and identifying children at risk. Developing care plans and coordinating interventions to protect children. Working closely with families in crisis and offering the appropriate support. Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children. Delivering high-quality social work services that adhere to Northamptonshire Children''s Trust''s le-gal and statutory obligations.
