What You’ll Do
Own our entire content strategy across every channel that matters (web, social, email, sales enablement, you name it)
Define our voice, messaging, and positioning, then ensure consistency as we scale
Identify content opportunities competitors are missing and capitalise on them quickly
Collaborate with the founders to build authentic thought leadership in climate tech and translate complex carbon accounting into engaging content
Craft a killer content strategy, produce formats (blogs, videos, social assets, webinars), and repurpose content across multiple channels
Work closely with founders to establish CarbonChain as a go-to authority in climate tech
You Are Someone Who
Has experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, climate tech, or industries where complex topics must be made compelling
Can draft whitepapers and edit videos without missing a beat
Is excited about using AI tools to boost output while preserving quality
Has strong opinions about what makes content work and backs them with data
Thrives in a fast-growing startup and is comfortable wearing multiple hats
Specific Responsibilities Include
Content Strategy and Leadership: Own the content strategy across channels; define voice and positioning; spot opportunities and act quickly; collaborate with founders to build personal brands
Hands-On Creation and Production: Create content (blogs, graphics, videos, presentations); manage a content calendar; brief/manage freelancers while maintaining editorial control; use AI to amplify output; repurpose content into multiple formats
Performance and Optimisation: Track what works, build feedback loops with sales, optimise based on data, and create scalable processes

Measurable growth in brand awareness, website traffic, and qualified leads attributable to content
A content operation that runs smoothly whether in the office or on vacation
Sales teams use content in real conversations with prospects
