Factory Manager Requirements- Minimum 5 years'' experience in manufacturing management or a related role - Proven experience in overseeing production operations in a manufacturing environment - Strong leadership, strategic planning and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail- Proficiency in systems, production planning software (we use Sage 200) and MS Office Suite - Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting - Resilient with an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety - Experience in training and developing manufacturing personnel - Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team culture- Ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity- Analytical thinker with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
