This is an exciting opportunity for a driven legal professional to join a dynamic team handling a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions. Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer - The Role: As a Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer at the firm, you will manage a diverse caseload of up to 70 more complex commercial and residential property matters from inception to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Lease renewals, extensions, and assignments Landlord and tenant matters Property development projects Shared Ownership matters Boundary Disputes Title Defects CPOs What we are looking for: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ PQE in conveyancing Confident managing files from instruction through to post-completion Strong knowledge of commercial property law and land registration Excellent communication and client relationship skills Proactive, well-organised, and commercially minded Local to Manchester and Surrounding areas Why Apply?
