Pay Rate: 300 - 400 per day Umbrella About the RoleWe''re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Asset Manager to take ownership of contractor oversight, asset performance, and strategic delivery of property services. You''ll be the main liaison for managing agents and repairs contractors, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards-on time, on budget, and in line with compliance and regulatory expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day contractor performance related to repairs, block management, and compliance.Conduct property inspections and work closely with service teams to address deficiencies and implement improvements.Lead on the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring effective planning and reporting.Maintain and enhance the Asset Management Database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date stock condition data.Analyse and grade assets to support strategic decisions around redevelopment, investment, or disposal.Support cross-functional teams in driving continuous improvement and cultural change.Ensure properties meet Decent Homes Standards and comply with relevant legislation.Collaborate with finance and governance teams to ensure service charge accuracy and insurance requirements.
