Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and customer engagement. This role offers a clear succession plan into a General Manager position, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress into senior leadership. This is a salaried position based on a 40-hour working week and includes a company car or car allowance. Role Overview Drive business growth by developing existing customer accounts within CNC manufacturing sectors. Identify and secure new business opportunities across a range of industries, expanding into new markets. Promote the company s full manufacturing capabilities, including: Sliding head CNC machining Multi-axis milling and turning Auto-spindle machining EDM machining Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact for technical and commercial discussions. Work closely with internal engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
