We''re recruiting on behalf of our client-a forward-thinking, high-tech food manufacturing business based in Wrexham Industrial Estate. As a recruitment agency with a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities, we''re looking for experienced Production Operatives to join their Morning and Afternoon shift teams.
This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role with excellent prospects for long-term growth.

Pay & Hours:

Starting rate: -12.50/hour
Increase to: -13.00/hour after 12 weeks
Shift options:
Morning: 07:00-16:00 (Mon-Fri)
Afternoon: 14:00-22:00 (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards
Communicate effectively with team leaders and production staff
Maintain cleanliness and safety across the production area

Ideal Candidate:

A hands-on team player with a proactive attitude
Comfortable with technical, manual, and housekeeping tasks
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
