You will assess telemetry data, alarms, trends and workflow information to identify issues early and ensure the right response is in place. The role demands calm decision making during busy periods and sustained focus during quieter times. You will work closely with field teams and the Integrated Control Centre, communicating clearly and keeping operations moving safely and efficiently.
