This is an excellent opportunity to join a customer-focused team, taking ownership of key accounts and building strong, long-term client relationships.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing expectations, and ensuring a consistently high level of service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for assigned customer accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersManage day-to-day account activity, ensuring service delivery meets expectationsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service provisionMonitor account performance and identify potential issues earlyHandle and resolve customer queries, taking full ownership through to resolutionSupport account growth through identifying opportunities to enhance servicesMaintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on account activityAbout YouPrevious experience in a customer service or account management roleStrong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive and solutions-focused approachConfident managing multiple accounts and prioritiesOfferingSalary of £28,000-£32,000Office-based role in DurhamOpportunity to join a growing and supportive business
