Accounts Assistant. Our client works within the beauty sector and due to growth they are looking to recruit a Accounts Assistant to help support the day to day accounting activities. Working within a very sociable team there are excellent opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities. This is a full time Monday to Friday role and is fully office based. Key tasks: Raising sales invoices Post and review supplier invoices Reconcile supplier statements Allocate payments Bank reconciliations Prepare weekly payment runs Credit control Assist with month and year end Qualifications, Experience and Skills: At least 1 years experience within an accounts / finance department Ideally AAT qualified or similar Previous experience with an accounting system and MS office Numerical with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Have an interest in the beauty / fashion industry Our client take great pride in their culture and working environment and are there to support and help grow everyone that works for them.
