Role: Service Manager (Children and Young People)Based: Havant/BasingstokeRate: £36,547 - £41,116Start Date: ASAP Duration: PermanentHours: Full Time 37 hours Our client, a specialist Domestic Violence charity, is looking to recruit a Service Manager (Children and Young People) to join their team. Synopsis of duties:Lead the set-up, development, operational management, and quality assurance of all aspects of Children and Young People s Services.Develop professional practice standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the service.Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual, practice, and quality requirements.Collaborate with internal and external colleagues delivering Children and Young People s Services to ensure cohesive service provision.Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, partners, and stakeholders.Ensure sub-contracted/partner services meet expected standards and that any issues are promptly addressed.Complete monitoring and financial returns required by funders/commissioners.Present reports, statistics, staffing updates, and case studies to the Senior Leadership Team and/or Board of Trustees.Identify, plan, and manage new service developments and contribute to the Business Plan and funding applications.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements across all services to guarantee safe access for both clients and staff.Provide leadership to staff teams, ensuring effective communication and motivation.C
