Service Support Agent Location: Nottingham, (Assessable on public transport) Salary: £24,500 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week with one hours lunch) We are working with a growing business that is looking to recruit a Service Support Agent to join a large, collaborative support team. This role focuses on providing high-quality B2B technical and service support, acting as a key point of contact for business customers and ensuring issues are logged, managed, and resolved efficiently.
