If you love working with fresh, seasonal produce and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.What we''re looking for:A motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual who can hit the ground running.Passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce.Previous experience in a busy restaurant kitchen (minimum 3 years).Ability to thrive under pressure, maintaining high standards.Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.A team player who supports colleagues and is supported by the Executive Chef team.Looking for career progression within a growing company.About the role:Work in an exciting and lively kitchen producing beautiful dishes.Use the best seasonal ingredients to deliver exceptional dining experiences.Varied and rewarding work with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills.Potential to move around within the company as you progress in your career.Qualifications and skills:Proven experience as a Senior CDP, Junior Sous, or similar role in a restaurant.Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Attention to detail in both food presentation and kitchen operations.Ability to maintain high standards under pressure.A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.If you are ambitious, energetic, and passionate about producing exceptional food, we want to hear from you!
