Operations Manager - Machining (West Mids)Working within a specialist machining and grinding operation near Wolverhampton, our client is seeking an Operations Manager to support their ongoing manufacturing growth activity working alongside the group within the global aerospace and industrial sectors.Managing a team of circa 30 people, the role is focused on successful day-to-day operational efficiency, schedule adherence as well as maintaining their journey in continuous improvement and best practice. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Group Operations Director.Working to high tolerances and with specialist carbon-based materials as well as metallics, the Operations Manager should have considerable experience of working and leading an engineering and manufacturing team with a strength in CNC grinding, machining or similar operations.
