This is a senior leadership role-a hands-on Quality Manager who will design and deliver a company-wide quality assurance strategy, build a best-in-class QMS, and lead a high-performing QA function for a Global business. Day to day of the Quality Manager:Define and lead the companywide quality strategy.Attend morning meetings to provide valuable updates.Design, implement and maintain a robust, scalable QMS to meet regulatory and business needs.Drive product and manufacturing quality across development, production and onsite commissioning.Build, mentor and lead a QA team from the ground up.Own reporting on quality performance, risks, and improvement programs.Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to deliver measurable operational improvements.Requirements of the Quality Manager:Proven experience leading quality in highvalue manufacturing, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.Track record of building and running QA teams from scratch.Deep expertise in product and manufacturing quality assurance and QMS implementation.Strong working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Excellent communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders.Degree in a relatable field.Benefits:Quarterly bonuses (roughly 15% of your annual salary).25 days annual leav
