Due to continued growth and new contract wins, they re seeking a Workshop Technician to join their expanding team in Essex.The Role You ll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, repairs, and maintenance across a wide range of vehicles and equipment. Working within a well-equipped workshop, you ll: Diagnose and repair vehicle faults efficiently and accurately. Communicate repair needs with the admin team and customers. Service and replace key components including brakes, filters, suspension, and clutches. Fit and install vehicle accessories such as cameras, sensors, and towbars. Carry out safety checks, road tests, and quality inspections. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment, occasionally supporting off-site work. The Candidate The ideal applicant will be a skilled and motivated technician with a strong eye for detail and a customer-focused attitude. You ll ideally possess: IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent experience). A hands-on, proactive approach to servicing and repair work.
