We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our clients team and take ownership of pricing incoming works. This role will work closely with both the Business Development and Commercial departments to ensure accurate, competitive, and commercially sound pricing across a variety of projects. A strong understanding of the social housing sector is essential. Experience within the fire safety industry is highly desirable, but we are open to candidates from a general construction background who can demonstrate solid knowledge of social housing requirements and challenges.
