The client is looking for candidates that are seeking a long term role where they can learn new skills & become a valued member of the team.

Position: Production Operative

Location: Rayleigh SS6

Shifts: Mon – Fri 06.00 – 14.00 / 14.00 – 22.00 rotating weekly

Pay: £12.21 ph, overtime pay £18.32 after 40 hours

Type: temporary ongoing

Duties:

• Perform all operations with precision and in a timely manner.
• Always adhere to written and verbal working instructions.
• Safely set up, operate, and maintain assigned machinery.
• Strive to enhance product quality.
• Work efficiently, punctually, and professionally.
• Assist other colleagues when needed.
• Promptly notify supervisors of any issues or concerns.
• Follow all Company Standard Operating Procedures during tasks.

Skills required:

• Experience in production/machine operation or similar roles.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Motivated and proactive.
• Proficient in problem-solving and finding solutions.
• Ensure efficient production of goods and services at the required quality level.
• Effectively communicate in English.
