Servingbreakfast, lunch and dinner, a sizeable a la carte menushowcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close networkofsmall farmers andsuppliers from acrossthe UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.

Everything is made in-house wherever possible: fromcharcuterie and breadto jams,juices and pickles.Service showcases the vast range of skills at you disposal by bringing elements of theatricality to the dining room.As Breakfast Manager you will be managing the busy breakfast service and overseeing the opening set up of the restaurant.
