Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Help and Protection Team for Buckinghamshire Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing complex and varied caseloads within a Help and Protection environment. Undertaking statutory assessments including Child in Need and Child Protection assessments. Responding to safeguarding concerns and carrying out Section 47 enquiries where required. Working within a multi-agency setting, ensuring effective collaboration across partner services. Applying sound knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures in practice. Preparing accurate case recordings, assessments, and reports in line with statutory requirements.
