Techniche Global is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading UK food manufacturer at their poultry processing site in West Bromwich on a permanent basis.Salary: up to £49,000 per annum, paid weeklyShift pattern: 4 on 4 off continental shift pattern (Days: 6am 6pm; Nights: 6pm 6am) + Regular overtime opportunitiesLocation: West BromwichIn this hands-on role, you ll be part of the site engineering team responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance. Your main duties will include responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) routines, and driving reliability improvements across fast-paced production lines.
