Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week-

Salary: -28,540.46 Total Salary + 8% SLA, Overtime, Travel Time, 33 Days Holiday, Private Pension & Benefits - Including Private Health Care, Life Insurance, Employee Discounts-

An exciting opportunity has-emerged-for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our company, working with one of our major UK supermarket clients.-

The role will involve carrying out non-technical repairs and minor PPM&''s. You will also assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various sites within the designated region.-

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist-other City Technicians with any major or minor maintenance work.-

• Complete all necessary PPM&''s and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and as required.-

• Responding promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out-repairs-as necessary.-

• Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.-

• Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs-are available and serviceable at all times.-

Qualifications / Experience:-

Essential-

• City & Guilds / NVQ trade qualification (Carpentry / Plumbing / Roofing)-

• Previous-experience in building maintenance within a commercial / retail environment-

Desirable but not essential:-

• Ability to-maintain-and repair a range of equipment.-

• Quality of repairs and maintenance.-

• Speed and efficiency of work.-

The ideal candidate:-

• Full driving license.-
• Experience using a PDA system.-
• Carried out PPM and reactive maintenance within a similar retail environment.-
