As our Lead for Quality Assurance and Improvement, you’ll ensure our teaching, learning, and assessment meet the highest standards across further education, higher education, and apprenticeships.What You’ll Be Doing

Championing quality assurance and improvement across all programmesLeading audits, observations, and deep dives to identify and promote best practiceSupporting staff through coaching, mentoring, and trainingActing as the college’s main contact for awarding organisations and quality bodiesUsing data insightfully to inform decisions and foster continuous improvementEnsuring inspection readiness and staying ahead of regulatory requirementsWhat We’re Looking For
