A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Joiner to join the Leeds division, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward-thinking business, with an excellent reputation. 

Responsibilities:

• Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi-skilled environment allied to the Joiner trade discipline
• Completion of repairs and maintenance in other trade disciplines where deemed competent to complete these
• Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times
• As and when required, diagnose necessary remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required
• Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works

Requirements

• CSCS Blue Card
• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery
• Full UK driving licence
• Background in a repairs and maintenance or property services environment
