Payroll Administrator As Payroll Administrator, you will be focussed on supporting the Payroll Manager in the creation of the monthly payroll and benefits administration for 1100+ employees. Requiring meticulous attention to detail, advanced excel skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels across the business, this role is vital in supporting the payroll process.Skills:Comfortable with high levels of administration with excellent attention to detail.-Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multitask and to consistently meet deadlines.-Having an advanced knowledge of Excel and experience of using ADP, Googlesheets and other Google Apps is desirable. -You will be assisting in creating multiple schedules each month, including for pension and other benefits providers, and need to be comfortable working with spreadsheets.-Accurate in processing starters, leavers and other payroll entries, including amendments to salaries, employee data, bonuses, statutory payments-Able to calculate and check payroll for approval-Happy to respond to queries from across the business by email, messaging and Zoom/Google meet callsWhat you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn''t quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career. #
