Health and Social Care Tutor - Main Responsibilities Engage and support learners with some blended delivery and workplace observation to achieve qualifications in a timely manner Manage a caseload of learners effectively meeting OFSTED and Awarding Bodies requirements in teaching, learning and assessment for learners Managing caseloads to ensure that KPIs are met Undertake induction, initial assessment, diagnostic, ILP, skills scan and reviews with learners ensuring feedback provided and acted up appropriately Develop scheme of work, lesson plans and course resources for the delivery of the qualifications.
