You will undertake high-quality assessments, lead Child Protection planning, complete court work, and deliver purposeful interventions that improve outcomes for children and families.You will work closely with families, partner agencies and internal colleagues, contributing to a robust, reflective and supportive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake statutory child and family assessments, analysing risk and protective factorsLead and manage Child Protection Plans in line with statutory guidance and London Child Protection ProceduresCarry out direct work with children and families, ensuring children''s voices are heard and recordedPrepare high-quality written reports for child protection conferences and courtManage your caseload effectively, meeting statutory timescales and performan
