We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Watford. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting the development of children in Key Stage 2, weandrsquo;d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils in KS2.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters inclusivity and promotes a love for learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of all pupils.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to the broader school community.
- Maintain a high standard of classroom management and discipline.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Have experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils, though NQTs (Newly Qualified Teachers) are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge, particularly in the core subjects (English, Maths, Science).
- Be committed to continuous professional development.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Show a positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
- Be passionate about the well-being and personal development of children.
