Contract: Full time, ASAP Start

Salary: andpound;95-andpound;105 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with diverse SEN needs, tailoring your approach to meet individual requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, accessible lessons.
• Encourage positive behaviour and help students build confidence and independence.
• Assist with learning resources, classroom organisation, and personalised education plans.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Bring creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to the classroom each day.

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• Experience working with children or young people (education, childcare, youth work, or similar).
• A genuine interest in supporting students with SEN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
• Relevant qualifications (CACHE, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Psychology, SEN training) are a bonus but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
