The Role As Head of Production and Operations you will be responsible for leading the technical and scenic production department to successful and high quality delivery across a broad portfolio of events. Responsibilities will be broad and include: - Overseeing general output across technical and scenic departments- Developing operational efficiencies to ensure quality project output- Collaborating with internal departments- Accountable for health and safety implementation- Overseeing warehouse processes and function- Identifying areas for investment in relation to kit and production solutions - Identifying skill gaps and supporting the growth of the departments- Driving commercial success including cost control, PandL management and project budgets The Candidate Candidates must
