Newly created role managing Customer Service Team in UK and Europe 50,000 - 55,000 plus bonus and benefitsDoncaster - on-siteManufacturing and Engineering industryClient DetailsPage Group are delighted to be working in partnership with an international manufacturing business within the engineering space, on the appointment of a newly created, Customer Service Manager roleReporting into the UK MD, the role will manage 2 customer service teams, x1 UK and x1 in EuropeDescriptionLead and manage the UK and European Customer Service Administration teams to deliver exceptional service to B2B customersDevelop process and procedures across European Customer Service function to ensure best practise is shared and standardise ways of working across both sitesWork with MD and other Senior Stakeholders to support business wide objectives through the customer service functionsManage and allocate stock levels to ensure customer demand and needs can be met, working closely with both production and purchasingOwn the order management process, ensuring the smooth and timely movement of customer orders in line with pre agreed expectationsEnsure export documentation for customer orders is completed in line with compliance and regulatory requirementsProfileExperience managing a Customer Service functionExperience within a manufacturing / engineering / supply chain backgroundRecord of supporting both UK and European CustomersAbility to build and implement process and proceduresJob OfferBased in Donc
