What you''ll be doing as the Process Technologist:Lead product scale-up and factory trials - manage the seamless transition from kitchen samples to full production, ensuring every launch meets customer, technical, and quality expectations.Collaborate across NPD, Technical, and Production teams, driving innovation and ensuring processes are optimised for quality, safety, and efficiency.Own process documentation - create and maintain manufacturing methods, HACCP documentation, QAS, and photographic standards to ensure full compliance and consistency.Coordinate raw materials and specifications, ensuring all new ingredients meet safety, legality, and performance standards ahead of production.Champion product quality and food safety, overseeing shelf-life, nutritional, and cooking validation trials in line with customer protocols.Support artwork and packaging approval, ensuring alignment between factory capability, process control, and finished product presentation.Troubleshoot and improve processes, analysing trial data and operational feedback to identify and implement practical,
