• Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or mental health needs
• Assist in personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support clients in daily activities and encourage independence
• Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of service users
• Document and report any changes in clients'' conditions

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Experience working in a similar role
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Driver with access to a vechicle 

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Prior experience in a care or support role

• Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• First Aid certification

This role involves working with vulnerable individuals in a healthcare setting. Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends. The ability to handle challenging situations with sensitivity and professionalism is essential.
