Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA) Manager

to join the De Vere Head Office team in Harrogate. This is very much a hands-on role: you''ll take ownership of the day-to-day FPandA cycle — producing accurate reports, forecasts and analysis that keep our business on track — while also helping to shape how we report and deliver insight in the future.What you''ll be doing:• Completing the regular cycle of reporting, forecasting and analysis that underpins business performance.• Leading the budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles across our portfolio of historic hotels and iconic venues.• Building and evolving dashboards (using PowerBI for example), financial models and reporting tools to give leaders clear visibility of performance.• Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business — from Revenue and Operations to Property and People — to provide challenge, insight, and commercial recommendations.• Driving improvements in process, automation and systems across Finance, using ERP, SQL and Azure platforms.• Supporting strategic decision-making with robust analysis and insights.What we''re looking for:• Experience working in a similar role within the hotel sector• CIMA (or equivalent) qualified with strong FPandA, commercial finance or data-driven finance experience would be preferable• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, PowerBI; confident working with large data sets and ERP systems.• A natural business partner — able to translate data into stories and influence decision-making at senior level.• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for developing people and building collaborative relationships.• A curious, solutions-focused mindset: always looking for better ways to deliver insight.If you''d enjoy combining finance, data and commercial impact in a role where your work makes a difference every day — and where your ideas will shape the way we report in the future — we''d love to hear from you.The Pay and Benefits:At De Vere we pay attention to the thoughtful details that inspire the loyalty of our permanent colleagues.
