Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable property consultancy, to appoint to a busy pprogramme on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will conduct stock condition, RdSAP (Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure), and HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) surveys across a range of properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out stock condition surveys to assess the overall state of properties. Conduct RdSAP energy assessments to evaluate energy performance. Perform HHSRS assessments to identify potential hazards in line with housing regulations. Record findings accurately using mobile survey software. Provide recommendations for maintenance, improvement, and compliance. Requirements Proven experience in conducting Stock Condition, RdSAP, and HHSRS surveys. Relevant qualifications, such as DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) or HHSRS certification. Strong knowledge of housing standards, regulations, and energy efficiency. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Access to own transport (if required for site visits).
