The Shared Resource Service (SRS) is a unique and successful collaboration that provides technology services to the public sector across South Wales. Established in 2010, SRS has evolved into a dynamic and modern shared service, continually adapting to meet the changing needs and rising expectations of our communities and stakeholders. SRS partners include the County Councils of Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen, as well as other organisations. The SRS Strategic Board has set a challenge to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, improve customer experience and satisfaction, and continue to generate efficiencies which support our client group.
