££ Salary: £27,976 per annum + Company Van
££ Hours: 40 per week
££ Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Do you take pride in keeping environments clean, safe, and welcoming£ We''re looking for a Communal Cleaner to join a busy frontline team delivering a first-class service to residents across a variety of communities.

What you''ll be doing:
££ Cleaning communal areas to a high standard
££ Travelling between sites on a planned rota
££ Using technology to record completed work, including photos and forms
££ Ensuring communal spaces are clean, safe, and presentable for residents
££ Taking ownership of your designated properties and maintaining excellent standards

What we''re looking for:
£ A positive, self-motivated attitude
£ A passion for cleaning and attention to detail
£ Reliable and able to work independently
£ Comfortable using basic technology for reporting tasks
£ Full UK Driving Licence
