About the Role: We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a service located in Haslemere, you will be supporting older adults living with mental health conditions and dementia within a specialist inpatient hospital setting. Working alongside nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting positive outcomes for patients.
